 Terms & Conditions of Hire

​By using the courts, you agree to all the following terms and conditions of hire

​

1. You shall ensure that you have a booking before playing

2. You will follow the casual/permanent booking procedures, payment procedures, entry to court procedures

3. Electronic payments only

4. You will be courteous and respectful to other players at all times

5. You will ensure that the court, toilets and shed are locked, key returned to lock box and lights are off when you leave the court

6. Place all rubbish in bin near court gate

7. Report any issues to the court manager as soon as possible

8. If you use the plastic chairs from the garden, please return them

9. You will only park your car in the marked car parking spaces, not on the grass, if you park inside the school grounds

10. If you wish to make a permanent booking please contact the Tennis Court Manager
